UEI is pleased to announce that on February 9 D2 Communications (Minato Word, Tokyo; Takayuki Hoshuyama, President) will underwrite a third party allocation of shares, reaching a new total of 20 million yen. This brings UEI’s capital stock to 305 million yen (284 million yen in capital reserve).

“enchant PRO” is a native app development environment for Android and iPhone, based on the enchant.js engine. It allows Android and iPhone development with the same ease-of-use as enchant.js, while also enabling access to device features like cameras and gyros. Once prohibitively difficult tasks like AR games and non-game development are now within your grasp. Corporate licenses are available for commercial use, and already numerous companies are developing games based on enchant PRO.
